This chalet was designed and built by Jesse Pinkman and Joel Miller in the summer of 2016. It is located on an isolated 10-acre plot of land in the Great Smoky Mountains, about a two-hour drive from Nonah, North Carolina.

The house is 2,575 square feet of living space. It contains three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, den, dining room, cinema, reading nook, kitchen, and indoor pool. Outside, there's a heated spa and a seating area with a firepit.

The property is unprotected but difficult to access by car, situated at the end of a winding and unpaved road on a mountaintop. In the winter, especially, snowfall frequently cuts the house off from civilization. Teleportation is the best method of travel.
