This beach house was purchased for $1,250,000 by Jesse Pinkman (anonymously under Rewindo, LLC) in September 2015. It is located at 300 St. Croix Ave in Cape Canaveral, FL, approximately ten minutes from downtown and the Porter. The house itself is 3,776 square feet of living space on a 1.5 acre beachfront lot. It contains three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, bar, and an outdoor porch on every floor. An elevator goes from the garage to the top floor. The backyard contains a pool, hot tub, and barbecue area. A ramp leads straight to the beach. The property is protected by Elsa Brandt's blood magic. It cannot be found without Jesse's permission, and cloaking magic causes it to look completely unremarkable from a distance. Observing the occupants is an impossible task, and even someone standing on the porch would be invisible to anyone looking in from outside.
