Can it store knowledge or experience based skills? For example: flying a helicopter, or marksmanship?

I've never been in a helicopter. I would have to see it or experience it to replicate it.

Marksmanship, maybe. You have a checklist of firearms, but you can't shoot?

I have yet to try anything less significant than inhuman speed, but I don't see why not.
