My weapons can manipulate a person's mind. Fill a man with so much dread he can barely move. Make a woman fall in love with you, even if she's spent her whole life wishing you were dead. Drive someone insane with hunger, or lust, or fear, or rage. Other things. Physical things. I give you a non-descript, 9MM pistol, you shoot someone, they're on fire, or their blood's turned to ice, or they can barely move. Wild shit like that.
