[Jesse's silent for a moment. A lot of that rings true to him. Hell, it's what he believed when he first walked in with the intention of punishing Tempest: if they were going to kill anyone, they would kill the leaders of the mutiny. And while he still believes Roslyn is in on it with them, that this is a conspiracy and soon all will be revealed... Well. Then. It still kind of works.
