Drive someone insane with hunger, or lust, or fear, or rage. Other things. Physical things. I give you a non-descript, 9MM pistol, you shoot someone, they're on fire, or their blood's turned to ice, or they can barely move. Wild shit like that.

I ain't here to give away all my secrets. Just know that I wouldn't have been brought aboard if I couldn't offer something useful.
